Nikita and Todd Jackson are a phenomenal duo! My wedding cake was not only BEAUTIFUL it was DELICIOUS! They exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The guest are still raving about how great the cake was! Thank you SO MUCH for a job well done!!!

Nikki- what can I say?? You are a GOD sent!! I researched thousands of pictures of cakes and couldn't find "the" cake! Then I went into Absolutely Edible Cakes, and met this angel Nikki, and in a matter of minutes she drew out my perfect wedding cake!!! When she actually made the cake- the picture she drew didn't do it justice!! The taste, the presentation, the WHOLE cake was perfect! Thank you Nikki- we shall forever come to your bakery! My husband LOVED his Cowboys hamlet in the star centered cake as well!!! You’re the best and the gift that you have- I know it was sent from GOD!!

My cakes were amazing! Hands down the pretteist cakes I have ever seen! The only problem I had with this vendor is that the owner/baker is very hard to get a hold of . She is very busy and does not return calls. We met with her once and then met with and dealt with her teenage daughter. I was worried until I arrived at the reception that I wouldn't have cakes. In the end everything cake out perfect, but I was stressed up until the reception.

The best cakes you could ever imagine! We have been using Absolutely Edible Cakes for a few years. When we arrived at our wedding cake appointment we weren't quite sure what exactly we wanted. Nikita was very patient with us and helped us create our dream cake. It was also nice that we got to try all the cake flavors with icing. That was the hardest decision because they are all so delicious. We will continue to use Nikita for all of our bakery needs.

Their cake tasted great but they were late getting it to my reception! The cake also did not come out like the picture I gave them. I paid way too much for the service and cake I got.
