Aracelli Zea Cake Studio

We ordered her Great tasting cupcakes and a tiramisu cake for our cutting cake. It was delicious! All the cup cakes were great. Loved the chocolate Raspberry.

I was totally impressed with the absolute great quality of the service, delivery and all of our guests were in awe of how wonderful both cakes were. We had a red velvet cake on the bottom and a strawberry cream cake on top and the decoration on the cake was simple but so very elegant!! We had guests take some of the cake home!! I would highly recommend Aracelli Zee for any event you might need an incredibly delicious cake!!

I don't know how to describe the taste of our cake other than perfect. Each bite held the perfect texture, the perfect combination of flavors, sweet but not too sweet, rich but not too rich... just perfect. We ordered a 4 tier vanilla cake with a raspberry creme filling with molded chocolate on the outside in place of fondant or buttercream. I remember everyone saying how good and full they were from dinner, but as soon as they tasted the cake, everyone could not get enough. I'm so happy we had some left over because so many people wanted to take some home with them. In one year I can't wait to taste our cake again and remember our special day. Aracelli tied all the elements we discussed with her along with the vision we had for our wedding perfectly.

Aracelli made the most tasty cake we could imagine. I was worried about having a dry wedding cake but our was delicious. She was able to incorporate our save the date design on our cake too!

It was very difficult for me to choose a baker since I didn’t know what I want and I was a distant bride. When I found Aracelli Zea Cake Studio on yelp I was impressed with all 5 stars profile and no complains. It sounded too good to be true, but once I spoke with Aracelli I understood that it is possible. I can only repeat and wholeheartedly agree with all the other reviewers: her professionalism and the finished products were above and beyond my expectations. I’m looking forward for the excuse to use her services next time I’m in Las Vegas. HIGHLY-HIGHLY-HIGLY RECOMMEND!!!!! :))))

She called me a couple of days before to make sure I approved of the flower placements, I ordered one but she had 2 on the cake. I was so looking forward to cake but I as so full from dinner. There was plenty of cake for all, the portions were huge and we still had left over in fact we had the top tier cut at brunch for everyone. Loved the flavor and must say that the fondant was not bad tasting, it was fresh and sweet. I would seriously order another cake from her next year for our anniversary since we couldn’t save ours. Highly recommend!!!

Aracelli Zea was amazing. I met her at her house where we discussed what I wanted for my wedding and groom's cake. She was very professional and the flavors and quality of ingredients were to die for! She even made a little model of a chinook helicopter along with a bride and groom for the groom's cake. Awesome Awesome Awesome!

I was running out of options when I came across Aracelli! After meeting with her, sharing what I was looking for, she calmly told me she would make it happen. The cupcakes were out of this world delicious! You will not go wrong trusting your dessert to her.. .Thank you Aracelli!!

The Aracelli Zea Cake Studio came highly highly recommended from one of our favorite restaurants... Firefly on Paradise... and we now see why. We were shown pictures of her work, which were beautiful, and after having disappointing tasting appointments with others, we contacted Aracelli. We exchanged a few ideas and pictures of what we were ultimately interested in beforehand and when we arrived for our tasting, everything was done. And done WELL. The cake was incredible; light, fluffy, flavorful, original. The cake and cupcake samples looked so beautiful with perfect presentation, we didn't want to touch them. We didn't have a budget per se, but we would have glady paid twice what was quoted and felt like we STILL got a bargain. Everything was not only done on schedule, it looked EVEN BETTER than we had hoped. It was so unique, we had the staff coming over to take pictures of it. Bottom line -- if you're looking for someone super professional, who makes INSANELY delicious cakes/cupcakes/cookies, and whose prices are more than reasonable... the Aracelli Zea Cake Studio is for you.

I was fortunate to come across Aracelli's cake studio through http://theknot.com wedding boards while planning our wedding in Las Vegas from Brooklyn NY. I had done a great deal of research for our cake and had reached out to a few potential popular vendors for LV wedding cakes -- none had the top notch, personable, sweet as can be, and most importantly timely service which Aracelli provided from start to finish. I knew as soon as I saw that Aracelli had worked with Joel Robuchon that she had to be an exceptionally talented pastry chef -- I was obviously taking a leap of faith as we couldn't taste the LV cake from our home in Brooklyn. Turns out I was right about her talents -- and then some! Aracelli worked with me step by step to design the cake from pencil sketch, flavor selection, to her personal set up of our cake in our suite -- a pleasure. The design I requested was intricate, and she executed the idea I had to perfection -- our cake looked like a stack of scrumptious presents, the pattern she dreamed up was exactly what I was going for -- Marie Antoinette inspired. Her flavors offered are what I think of as cake couture think exotic liqueurs and an endless array of ganaches -- and although I haven't asked her, I believe she makes her own fondant, a rarity among event cake shops, from my personal experience -- many use the premade stuff. Many fondant cakes have thick layers of chalky, artificial flavors, hers was not at all, the fondant was thin and paired very well with the cake itself -- this was also something my guests noted, and appreciated. The flavors we ended up choosing (which was so hard to do, she has so many inventive combos, I wish we could have 10 flavors instead of 3!) were: Top layer: Red Velvet with White Chocolate - Tahitian Vanilla & Rhum Ganache. Middle layer: Tahitian Vanilla with Fresh Strawberries and Madagascar Vanilla Cognac. Bottom layer: Chocolate Cake with Milk Chocolate Caramel Ganache & Grand Marnier To die for !!! All of guest complimented us on the cake and were amazed at its look and taste -- my mom was thoughtful enough to save some for our anniversary next year, we can't wait to eat it!! I cannot recommend Aracelli's cakes enough, and next time we are in town, I'm going to find an excuse to get some treats from her!!
