Belleza Wedding Chapel

I had a wonderful wedding here at Belleza wedding chapel i was late for the wedding and forgot a few things but when i finally got there they offered to switch us with another wedding party so we could have another hour 1/2 to get ready which was exactly what we needed. Although the minister was great during the ceremony he did kinda call us cheap which offended me and my husband but aside from that it was beautiful. Of course i only had a few free wedding photos so i had to buy all of them which came out to $500 but they offered to let us make payments on the photos so we didn't have to pay it all at once. Overall this chapel is way better than what i thought my vegas wedding would be like it was romantic, traditional, and beautiful.

The ceremony and photos ended up being lovely. We loved the officiant provided by the chapel and they were amenable to a last-minute change in plans to add a short "reading" from my husband's aunt - who is a pastor in her own right. Our cake was delicious and the chapel is very, very pretty inside. However, there were some warts present in our day: -- First: the planner we were working with was very resistant to making changes to our initial package choice. We wanted to trim a lot of unnecessary fat from the high-end package (things like limo service to and from the hotel, the traditional unity candle, live dove release during the ceremony, rose petals strewn on the aisle... frilly stuff that we didn't really feel was our style) while reserving the things we did want (ceremony and reception photos, cake and champagne for our guests, wedding flowers for our wedding party, etc.) She tried to tell us that she couldn't discount the unity candle from our package even though we wanted to provide our own and that the limo service included in the package would be cheaper than using a taxi for transportation. (Come on, you really think I'm going to believe that a $30 round-trip cab ride is, by far, going to be cheaper than an hour's limo rental? O.o) It wasn't until we downgraded our package that she became flexible. Additionally, we felt like she pressured us to purchase more photos than we needed/wanted/could afford and there were several items that were supposed to be included in our package that we did not receive. -- The chapel was not very available to us during the planning process. We were flying in from out of state to be married there. All of our planning was done online and over the phone. There would be times when we would try to get in contact with someone and could not. Frequently, we would not even get a call back after leaving a message! The website advertises that you can speak to someone 24 hours a day - this was clearly not the case. -- They were also not very accommodating in choice of wedding music. Pachelbel's Canon is certainly pretty for guests to be seated by, but we were hoping for something that more reflected our personalities. We were also not given an option for a recessional song. :\ -- Our wedding was scheduled back to back with another wedding that ran late - which made our wedding start late and lent our reception a very rushed feel. We basically felt like we had to shove cake in our mouths, wash it down with champagne, select our photos and get out. It would have been nice to have a few moments to sit down and relax for a few minutes with our guests. -- Our wedding video was to be archived on the internet for 30 days following the wedding for the benefit of those who couldn't come to Las Vegas on our day. When we went to check the video archive today our ceremony was not up, but the ceremonies from the day after our wedding were live. Our ceremony video is up now, but it took some lengthy phone conversations to get it up today so our elderly "Abuela" could see her grandson get married. -- Lastly, the photos on the chapel website make the chapel look a lot more impressive than it really is in real life. Everything was pretty - but do not let the pretty pictures fool you into thinking you're booking a spacious venue - you're not. Despite all these "warts" we had a beautiful ceremony... but I think we may have been better served at a different chapel.

Belleza Wedding Chapel was a complete joke. The only good comment that I could come up with is that working with Kay over the phone was a great experience. She was flexible with anything that needed to be changed. The Chapel set up on the inside was beautiful but that was pretty much it. The outside of the Chapel looks nothing like the pictures on the website. As far as everything else I was not satisfied at all. I wanted to add on more flowers and that was too pricey. My guests had to wait outside in the heat for 20 minutes before they were allowed in. The flowers that I did get for my wedding party were hideous. I felt like everything was rushed and they started my wedding 15 minutes later then we scheduled. They allowed me to pick a song for my husband and I to dance to but they never played it once it was time to dance. Then when I tried getting the CD back from them they had lost it. We also got a wedding cake with our package but because we were so rushed we never got it. The wedding photographer was also very pushy and I felt that he had no social skills whatsoever. I didn't get nearly any good shots and he always gave bad looks when we suggested new poses. The video of the wedding was horrible. The pictures were very expensive. We remembered to ask for the garter before the wedding started, otherwise I know we would have never have gotten it. All in all, my experience with Belleza Wedding Chapel was abysmal. I would never recomend this place to anyone.

I contacted Belleza Chapels through email after viewing thier web site and the choices of services provided, we chose to custom make our own to suit our needs. i found this to be just perfect, and perfect it was on our day. To Kay and all the staff that are affiliated with and to Belleza Chapel- Minister-Florist- Photographer , thank you very much for providing myself and my husband, with the most romantic, breath taking , warm and proffessional services that you all provide. Everyone just loves logging on to the web site and viewing our perfect day. We will be back next year just for a party, and we will certainly drop in. everything was perfect, thank you for helping us make our day just perfect. To all you future couples out there looking for your most quaint, romantic, perfect chapel, florist and photographer it is with no doubt that Belleza Chapel is your perfect place to say I DO... thank you Belleza Chapel , with lots lots of joy and Love Newly Weds Grant & Kylie Vickers xx

My first time going to vegas and Linda was the best!! I was already emotional about getting married and worried I was going to bawl my eyes out when we were saying our vows and it was if we were surrounded by everyone that loved us even them! They were very friendly easy going people. Im not sure how other chapels were but their wedding video was beautiful and the pictures AMAZZZING! && for a very reasonable price there was NOTHING at all to complain about!! They even worked with us to be able to pay the rest the day we got there! The bouquet that I used was gorgeous & they had even offered to make me a fresh set when I got there. Def. worth going too!!! :)

My husband and i were married on may 29th. Everything turned iust great. the facility is nice.

The outside was pretty plain. however the interior was beautiful. the photographer they provided was very good. she had a lot of energy and had many different poses and places, and the pictures came out wonderful. they took care of the paper work (ie turning in our wedding license) and were very professional. i had a good experience, and really enjoyed my wedding day.

DO NOT USE BELLEZA WEDDING CHAPEL!!! THEY ARE NOT GAY OR LESBIAN FRIENDLY LIKE THEY CLAIM! We had our Commitment Ceremony just last week and it was a JOKE! If you want your special day to be RUSHED and you like being treated like a number than this is the place for you! If not go somewhere else! First off... we arrive to a pushy photographer who will not even let us get our foot in the door! Then we had to deal with a chapel full of the last wedding party hanging around while we are getting ready for our Ceremony. We had some cheesy grease ball named STEVON as the Majstor who could not even get our names right! Oh by the way, he forgot to perform half of the ceremony which included the candle presentation ($35 dollars for a dollar store candle which they broke!) Last but not least......he forgot to sign out Commitment Certificate making it official! When we notified LISA she told us to bad! That's Customer service for you! Make sure your ready to fork over lots of $$$$ for the pics! DO NOT USE BELLEZA WEDDING CHAPEL!!!

My husband and I were married on 06-07-08 at the Belleza Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the time I first talked to Linda on the phone until the time I left on the bus Linda helped me find it was smooth sailing. I figured that being married on 06-07-08 was going to be stressful and assumed we would be pushed out the door... but we never felt rushed and the photographer kept taking pictures until we got one of everyone we wanted. We had a large party of around 40 people and they helped us accommodate everyone and make sure everyone was comfortable. I would highly recommend this chapel, the staff is amazing, the photography is unforgettable, and the chapel is beautiful. Thank you so much Belleza Wedding Chapel for such a pleasant experience!!!!!

This is great! They provided from A-Z, the Minister, great photographer! also ordered wedding cake for me as well! But I have to say, costs for wedding pictures are quite expensive! otherwise, great service!
