I used Celeb Coaches to charter my guests to and from my wedding ceremony. They reserved me a 57 passenger all white (very wedding appropriate) coach. Given other quotes I received, this was a pretty good value. My only complaint is that the driver did not necessarily know where he was going. Good vendor to work with overall!

I thought that I had booked a limo party bus about 6 months before the wedding. Two weeks before the wedding I called to make sure that we were still booked and they had no record of the reservation. I had kept all my e-mails from the initial contact. The woman that I had made reseration with was no longer with the company. After realizing that I had not signed a contract or put money down, I figured out why she was no longer there. On the plus side, the ladies at Celebrity honored the reservation that I had made (although, I thought it was a limo party bus, in fact it was a 20 passenger tour bus). The night was great, they picked us up on time and stayed an extra hour (for a $100). Bus driver was professional and courteous.

I don't know where to start. My husband and I are from Hawaii, but decided to have our wedding in Las Vegas. We had about 120 people flying & driving in from all over the country. We opted for a shuttle to get our guests to and from the ceremony/reception considering it was about 30 minutes from the strip. There were two buses. The bus driver on the first bus got off at the wrong exit and clearly didn't know where he was going. Yet, according to Stacie Lu, the VP of Sales and Operations, he was one her most experienced drivers. Prior to departing the hotel to the ceremony, a friend of mine placed a bucket and a sign labeled "donations" at the front of the bus. My husband and I spent days emailing and texting people that there would be a bucket on the bus for donations to help pay for the shuttles. I would say about 95% of our guests knew what the bucket was for. I accept that it was poor planing on my part to a) not be more specific with the label for donations, and b) not tell the bus driver that the bucket WAS NOT for him. After the reception, Bus 1 left for the hotel before Bus 2, which is the one we were on. We had the busses until 11:15pm. We pulled into out hotel at roughly 10:40pm, just as Bus 1 was leaving. Before exiting Bus 2, I asked our bus driver where the bucket was, since there was supposed to be one on each bus. He said that there was just one on the first bus. He was standing right in front of me when I told me husband that we need to get the bucket of money. I figured someone from Bus 1 would have grabbed it, but no one did. Later that night, my brother told me that he put $100 in the bucket. As the night went on, more people told me they put anywhere between $5-20 in the bucket. The next morning, my cousin spoke with the receptionist, Linda, about the bucket of money. Turns out, the bus driver said there was only $35 in the bucket. As the days went on, his story changed from $35 to $89 to $71. My husband and I flew back to Hawaii the next day and have been in contact with several people form the company. We were given the run around about the situation and poorly compensated. Unfortunately, one of the members of my family got sick on the bus and vomited. She told me that the bathroom on the bus was locked and the bus driver would not pull over to open it. It was stated in our contract that we would be charged $500 for vomit or urine in the bus. After numerous phone calls they charged us $269 for the mess. To me, it's not about the money. It's the principle. Linda, receptionist, was very rude to me. She would talk over me and not let me get a word in. She would not give me the name or number of her supervisor. Stacy Lu accused my family and friends of taking the money and got very heated towards me. Conner, the sales manager, who sided with me during our phone conversation, never called me back when he aid he would and when I called back 2 days later, I was told he was on vacation. This business is unethical and they have dishonest and incompetent employees. I would NOT give them your time or your money. Find another shuttle service.

These guys did great. We did a strip tour with them before our wedding which turned out to be great. We didn’t get the type of bus we ordered, but turned out to be good, because they gave us a BETTER bus haha. They were on time, and the driver always helped me on and off the bus. They also picked up our entire party to take to Maggiano’s for our reception. The prices were a little higher than I wanted to pay but reasonable, and they did what I wanted. Only complaint was that the first bus was HOT! I get motion sick and staying cool is imperative! I was about to sweat to death 2 seconds after getting on the bus and thought I was gonna vomit! The driver kept saying it was on full blast, but no one was feeling it at all. She finally realized that the cool was not on, just the fan. Ugh….other than that, great service.

I do not recommend this company for any event. Despite three contracts that very specifically identified pick up times, the company failed to show up at the hotel to pick up guests for the wedding and only after multiple calls, did they send a coach that had half the capacity of what was needed for the guests. Guests were standing in the aisles which was an inconvenience but more importantly a safety hazard. As a result, my ceremony started about 20 minutes late. Depatures from the reception back to the hotel also were done incorrectly - guests on the first bus back were stuck waiting in the parking lot for over 15 minutes before someone had to go out there and tell them to leave. They thought they were supposed to wait until the end of the event - which was over 1 hour away at that point. We had to pay in advance and feel that we did not get what we paid for and the company did not follow the contract. However, despite multiple attempts at communication with them afterward, there was never any response nor refund.

Reservation was contracted for pick up at 10:30 PM at reception site with two-hour tour and 12:30 AM drop off at hotel. The bus arrived at 9:30 PM while our wedding reception was still going on and all guests finally boarded the bus at 11:00. At 11:20, the bus stopped about 1/4 mile from the hotel and the driver said to my husband that the contract ended after two hours, so it was over unless we wanted to pay for another hour. We got the dispatch operator on the phone and we were advised that because the pick-up location was "off The Strip", the pick-up time was bumped up one hour. Because we were not willing to be swindeled into paying extra for them to honor our contract, we decided to just go back to the hotel. Except that the driver decided not to take us to the hotel and we all ended up having to walk the 1/4 mile from the streetside curb where he parked to the hotel. After serious discussion the week after our wedding and admission that they were in the wrong, their only offer for resolution was to offer us another reservation another time. As if we plan to have another wedding and ask our guests to come back from all over the planet any time soon...

They did a great job. The ride home was a little crazy but overall I would recommend.
