We worked with Geralynn at the Las Vegas location and she was great to work with. She never forced you to get anything you didn't want and she never made you feel uncomfortable. She was professional, yet personable.

My rings are beautiful. I've got a great warrenty and lifetime service plan. The only thing that was upsetting was how rude the salesman was. He was set on upselling us when all I wanted was a plain band to go with my dimond ring. I would not recommend Jared's just because of that.

The lady could have been discrete upon showing the receipt with the price tag on it to my husband when we were getting my ring re sized. Obviously he doesn't want me know how much it cost, shesh lady.

We bought all our rings here and they are beautiful! My engagement ring is so unique and everyone compliments me on it. The service is also great and I can go in at anytime to get my ring cleaned! Highly recommend!
