Our jeweler was amazing and remembered our names and story every time we came in. They even let my daughter spill drink on the floor with out talling us to leave. The value was great and we got some great deals. i changed my bad 3 times and in the end. we were able to settle ona grweat set!

We got all of the rings and bridal party gifts at Kays. The service we recieved was excellent. To this day when we go into the store, the staff knows our name and rushes over to ask how the wedding planning is going. The process of ordering jewlery that is not available in the store takes about a month. The staff is excellent and the warranty is worth every penny!!

I was sort of disappointed at first when I found out my fiancé got my ring at a “mall store.” But when I saw the ring I was blown away. And the “mall store” was the best, most boutique-feeling jeweler we could have used. They helped us when it was time to pick wedding bands…and even cleaned our rings free of charge for us when we stopped back one time to look at earrings. Now THAT was nice.

They were really helpful. I left there knowing alot more about diamonds than I did when I showed up.
