Presidential Limousine

We used Presidential in several ways during our trip. They picked and dropped off DH, his family and I up at the airport, picked up and dropped off my family up at the airport and we used two of their party buses for our wedding day transportation. The drivers were always so nice and friendly. We even had one incident where my aunt accidently left her purse in the limo when they were dropped off at the hotel from the airport. We immediately called Presidential and they had the driver turn around and we had the purse back within 10 minutes. We were very impressed. I highly recommend them.

Our experience with Presidential Limo was great. I called to see if he could pick us up a little earlier and he was able to, and when he arrive he was friendly and greeted us with a rose & champagne. The only thing that we thought was odd was that the company already had our credit card number and as we're walking into the hotel after being dropped off, our driver asked for our credit card again so that it could be charged. Overall, they are recommended!

We used Presidential Limos 3 times throughout our Vegas trip.1. We were picked up from the airport where the driver held up a sign with our last name.He went to watch for our luggage as it was coming around the carousel and carried it to the SUV we had booked.He then drove us to the Marriage License office. It only took us about 5 minutes to get our license! He then took us to our hotel (Aria in City Center) which was so awesome!2. The 2nd time we used them was as a part of our wedding package with Scenic Las Vegas Weddings. The driver arrived on time and was nice and helpful.3. The third and final time we used them was for our wedding night dinner. Our driver picked us up on time and drove us to the Top of the World Restaurant at the Stratosphere. He was awesome!

The worst limo driver and company. It was purchased for us from my mother. She had rented us a limo so we could get a tour of vegas for an hour. Driver asked us where we wanted to go and we told him that we wanted a drive around the strip and he responded saying that takes him 20min to get to our hotel. Once we got out he was asking us for the credit card that my mother gave them over the phone. Which should have been charged all ready to the credit card. Apparently they didn't charge so the driver threatened to call the cops. We felt silly in our wedding attire. Still I had to go find my mother in the hotel. Unfortunately at the end we didnt find her. The driver took all our info and left later he came and took my mothers credit card info and argued to us about how it was our fault because we didnt have the credit card with us. Either way I would never go to this company again!
