I did a lot of homework before I chose presidential. I ultimately picked them to pick us up from the wedding venue. The driver was really nice and patient as we said bye to everyone. I brought some decorations by the office a few days before for the driver to decorate the outside of the car. He decorated the outside but then it began to rain so he put it all inside for us. It looked really nice. The price was great too! We got champagne and a rose too.

We rented an escalade for 3 hours to pick us up from the airport and help us run errands. They have always been on time and friendly when we’ve used them and they were this time as well, but I feel like our driver didn’t take us to a grocery & liquor store that were in our best interest when we asked him to. The grocery store was nasty and the liquor store was way overpriced (he got a kickback for taking us there I’m sure, we saw him hand the Cashier a card). If we had to do it over again we would’ve just rented a car from the start and kept it all week. The Escalade for 3 hours cost as much as a week’s car rental would have! Not smart on our part...Parking for our marriage license would have been a breeze too since we were the only ones in the bureau on a Wednesday afternoon. After we rented a car and were able to get off the strip easily and cheaply, life was much better. If you do use presidential for groceries/liqour stops as we did, have your own places set to go to. Don't trust them to take you somewhere decent even.

We had the limo bus for the strip tour between the ceremony and reception. We were greeted with roses (the women) and champagne on the bus. My husband thought we had a very cordial driver who made sure all the ladies were helped on and off the bus. The driver along with Todd (my photographer) made sure we hit all the spots we wanted for pictures with plenty of time to make it to the reception.

I am so happy that I went with Presidental Limo for our wedding. We arranged for 2 one way limos. Both were one time and professional. The one that took me and my new groom to the hotel after the wedding was so fun! He played along with the joke that was going on of not telling me what hotel we were going to. He would pretend to pull into hotels just to keep me guessing. This company was easy to work with.

Our driver (I wish I could remember his name right now) was AWESOME! He knew I was into all the history of Vegas when he was driving us to the Neon Museum and he would chime in here and there with little facts and stories and even restaurant reviews. He also knew everywhere we wanted to go and got us there in a timely manner since we were on the clock with our photographer.I booked this company through the Flamingo Wedding Chapel so I'm not sure if they have a better connection there but I have to say I was very happy with the service, especially compared to a different limo company we had used earlier in the week.

Our driver was really nice and professional. He brought us out to the Valley of Fire, which is almost an hour out of Vegas, for wedding pictures. He put up with the heat and got us there & back safe :D The champagne and roses were a nice touch!

Me and my husband hired two limos for our wedding day and the drivers were brilliant. They arrived early and were happy to wait for me to get into my wedding dress. The driver for my limo was Mark and he was lovely. We had champagne during our journey to the chapel while admiring the Las Vegas sights. Mark was very chatty and friendly and was telling us good shows to see in Vegas. By the end of the journey we discovered that his mum lived just down the road from us in England. Very good service, recommended!

Picked us up exactly when we scheduled. The driver was so helpful, he took alot of photographs of our entire wedding group. Would definitely recommend!

All in all, they were great. Fast trip from Boca Park to City Center. The driver put up the partition and let us have our wedding night privacy. (Woohoo!) The only thing that I would say watch out for is that over the phone they told me that one hour would be about $62.00. Yet they charged my card about $94.00, and my husband tipped the driver on top of that. So just make sure they don't overcharge you ...

They were great! I reserved a party van for my 20 guest as well as a escalade for my groom and his guys to ride in. Customer Service was also great. They provided bottle water, roses, and champagne for all the guest. They called me 20 min. before pickup to verify the time andplace and where on time.

Our driver, Eric, gets 5*. He was extremely professional and help us in/out of the limo at each stop. Limo was very clean and stocked with bottled water, champagne and roses given to my sister & I.Only issue I ran into, was when I arrived in Vegas, I emailed to confirm my room #. Someone responded back saying they did not have my reservation and asked for my confirmation #. Hello confirm # was in my email to you!! I call the office and was told that they indeed had my reservation and apologized for the error. Phew!

Our Best Man's wedding present to us was the limo for the photo tour before the ceremony. Very generous! He went with a party bus from Presidential which was absolute perfect for carting 11 of us (9 in the wedding party and 2 photogs) around town. The driver was really nice and the bus was very clean and comfy. The only blip I have with Presidential was with our driver. I had a dress mishap that me and my bridesmaids were tending to, which happened right after I boarded the bus. I asked him to keep DH (who hadn't seen me yet) away from the bus. Well to my shock, I see him allow DH and all the groomsmen to walk toward the bus entrance as I'm getting cleaned off and bustled up— so my groom's first look at me in my dress was basically me telling him to turn back around and come back in 5 minutes. SERIOUS BUMMER. Oh well!

We had limos take the bridal party from our make-up appointment to the venue, to bring the groom's party to the venue and to bring us from the venue back to the Bellagio. The driver also stopped by the Vegas sign and took pictures for us! We absolutely loved their professionalism and the fact that they were on time!

Being picked up from the airport our service was fantastic. On time, friendly, even stopped to pick up wine to take to the hotel. On the way home however, our driver was 50 minutes late to take us to the airport! We didn't miss our flight, but we missed the chance to say goodbye to our family that were at other gates. When we called, the woman was apologetic but told us not to take a cab, that our driver was "dropping the last fare off". When the driver arrived he said "sorry, the car broke down". At least get your stories straight, I'm not in the mood for lies at 5:30 in the morning. And we were still charged full price.

our hotel was not far from our wedding venue but they went ahead and drove us down the strip for like an hour and then took us to our hotel... they were very nice.. and punctual... a great choice for us... it was a white limo... very well taken care of....

The limo was late to pick us up from our wedding. My husand called and he said he was parked elsewhere, which was weird there was only one front part of the building. Then he got yelled at when dropping us off at the Luxor, apparently he dropped us off in the wrong area. I don't know if this guy was new or what?!?!

We decided to get a Stretch Limo to drive us to our reception.The vehicle was well maintained and was clean,like if it was just off the lot.The rental transaction was very easy,and we where picked up and dropped off without a hitch.They also had great specials which helped us save some money.Great Service,would recommend!
