Our first time meeting Rev. Phil York, we knew the level of service we would receive from him, based on our interactions, his personality and his character. On the day of the wedding, Rev. Phil York, as we anticipated, couldn't have executed a more perfect ceremony than he did. We very highly recommend Rev. Phil York for any denomination, or type of ceremony.

A very relaxed guy. Helps put both the bride and groom at ease.
It was raining during our ceremony so he said he would up the tempo a bit, which we were fine with. But he really did race through the script awfully quickly!
In all though, a lovely guy.
We requested the non-religious service and he still dropped a "holy" and a "sacred" about halfway through which put me on edge that he was going to crowbar some Christ into the service but that...

Oh how I loved Rev. York!
Carolynn at Trump told us he was the best, and she was SO RIGHT! He took the time to meet with us, and even gave us a little advice! I really enjoyed the advice because this is my 2nd marriage, and he gave us some ideas that I hadn't thought about before. We've actually had conversations built around his advice, and how to move forward with our marriage.
I just loved him. He was so genuine, and truly cares about marriage. He doesn't just "stamp" and move on, and I honestly feel that if either one of us needed advice and couldn't reach our own Pastor, we could reach out to him.
From the bottom of my heart, I can't express how much I loved him officiating our marriage! God Bless Rev. York!

Finding the officiant was the most difficult part of planning my wedding. I had been to a few weddings in Las Vegas and didn't want my officiant to be too funny or sound like a game show host. I only met with Rev. Phil York for about 5 minutes prior to the wedding, but he is such a professional that I didn't need any more time with him. He knows exactly what he is doing and all our guests commented on how great he was! Rev. Phil York was recommended to me by Canyon Gate Country Club and we made the right choice. He is a seasoned professional!

We weren't looking for a religious ceremony. Rev. York was funny, and very well spoken. He delivered a simple, traditional, and beautiful service. Overall, I was very pleased with him.

Phil York is a very polished officiant and is able to read the situation to make it work for everyone. i got more emotional than i thought i would and he had us face him until I regrouped and no one ever knew. He also can customize everything to fit your needs and requests and brings humor to the event.

Overall an ok experience. A few hic-ups and mistakes which our guests did notice and point out to us. If you want a very simple service and don't change from his script, I think he does an ok job. Customization felt a little awkward during the service.

My husband and I were looking for a personalized civil ceremony and Rev. York hit a home run! He allowed us to tailor his ceremony to meet our needs and it was perfect!
