Scheme wedding coordinators are fantastic and fun, and they paid attention to every last detail, so I did not worry about a thing! We rented a venue where we had to do everything from scratch including ordering all of the chairs, linens, napkins, and renting bars and chandeliers. Scheme made sure everything was in place the day of the wedding and everything went perfectly! They recommended great vendors and went above and beyond in making the guests at our wedding feel welcome.

PRICELESS! I cannot say enough. This was seriously the best spent money of our entire wedding, every penny. The girls from Scheme are absolutely amazing and I can not imagine how I would have put together the wedding without them. I wasn't sold on having a planner at first but my mom really insisted. After interviewing a few others who seemed very expensive and not very respectful of a budget I was recommended to Scheme. I met with Jacqueline first and could tell a difference right away. They are down to earth, easy to talk to and completely realistic. She was so patient when we changed our minds a million times....about everything. She listened to my opinions on vendors and where I wanted to spend money and save money, and most importantly I feel they were totally honest with us every step of the way about what we needed. They never let me get stressed out, which is hard to do since I am always stressed.
When I really saw the value and difference they made was the wedding day. I didn't take 1 phone call, set up one flower, organize ANYTHING. I don't even know how everything happened because I didn't do any of it! From setting the tables to getting us drinks to gathering our champagne glasses and odds and ends the next day...they were amazing. I truly can't tell you how special they made our wedding. Both Jacqueline and Tara gave us the best day of our lives with NO STRESS. AMAZING! DEFINITELY GO WITH SCHEME!!!

Wow, where to start. I started planning our wedding on my own using http://theknot.com to plan most of it. This was around March 2011. August came quickly and I wasn't happy with the overall plan and flow of our wedding day. I didn't think we would have a good time and was getting overwhelmed. I found Traci and Scheme on http://theknot.com and I can't say enough good things about them. They met with us online and on the phone, figured out the best coordination package for us and explained everything they would do. I knew right from the start that our day would be better because they were running the show. We needed a reception venue just 2 months before our day....we weren't sure if it was possible. Traci and Scheme did it. We flew down in September and met with her and finalized everything. She spent multiple days with us explaining and showing us everything we'd need to have a great day. What a huge load off our minds. I can't imagine planning an event without some help and Scheme is one of the best in Las Vegas. I started to sleep better once I hired them and I don't regret it for a single moment. Do yourself a huge favor and hire them. They were with us from 12pm on the wedding day till the end of the reception(well after 10pm). Every single thing was taken care of. We got to enjoy every moment of our day because Traci and her team were in the background making sure everything was perfect. I can't say enough good things about them.

We hired Scheme for our in-suite reception, and they were worth every penny! I wish we would have hired them for longer! We had some packages that didn't show up and they even went and bought us new items on our wedding day. Our trip was pretty stressful the entire time, but as soon as we walked into the reception (which is what they handled), we could finally relax. Everything Scheme set up was perfect! Pretty sure I almost teared up even. If you are debating on hiring a coordinator or not, debating if it's worth the extra money, hands down they are. Do it!

I would never, ever have another event in Las Vegas without the help from Scheme. For brides that are planning a wedding in Las Vegas from out of state, I would highly recommend getting Scheme to help you put your day together. They made sure all of my vendors were on time and in the right place, they kept the day flowing, and just made sure that I had absolutely no stress at all on my wedding day. They are worth far more than they charge....so for anyone hesitating....take from a bride who used them....JUST DO IT!!!

You'd think that 2 INTENSE grooms, 2 YEARS of planning and probably 200 bridal magazines would have been enough to make our special day magic. But it was Tara from Scheme Events who took our dream wedding and pushed it over the top. Tara was one of the last vendors we decided to add, and in the end was one of, if not the most critical.
With all the work we put into planning our event, we did not feel we needed a wedding planner. What we did want was for someone to have our detailed checklist and to ensure that everything on that list got done at the reception site, so that we wouldn't feel that we needed to get their before our guests to ensure everything was the way we wanted it.
The "simple" 3 hours of pre-reception setup got expanded a week before when we found out that our florist couldn't pickup our ceremony flowers at the Wynn and move them over to our reception venue. So Tara stepped up and said she could take care of it.
And then when we found out, the night before the wedding, that the Wynn couldn't supply containers to move the flowers, Tara graciously offered to pick up the required supplies as well.
When we got to the reception, not only had Tara executed our vision in ways more beautiful than we could have ever imagined, but she was running the show. She had EVERY person working our wedding on their toes, and every time i'd step out to give instructions, someone would say "Tara's already taken care of it" or "Tara's got it under control". And any time there was the tiniest glitch, or something I wanted done differently, Tara was one step ahead of me, and had already gotten the required people to get in gear.
We only intended for Tara to take care of the set-up so she hadn't been privy to most of our plans or negotiations with other vendors. But somehow, with very little background info, she stepped up and became Jennifer Lopez from the movie 'The Wedding Planner'. She was working every angle of the reception as if she'd been part of the planning from the beginning and as if we'd had her booked as the full wedding coordinator all along. We were almost moved to tears so many times by how generous Tara was with her time and energy when she really didn't have to be.
And what's more, when our entertainer extended their set, Tara stuck around… at least for an extra 2 hours, despite me telling her repeatedly I knew she may have to go. She kept telling me not to worry and didn't leave until ALL of our key reception elements were completed (beautifully), from our performer, to our speeches, to our surprise first dance and cake cutting. She was there for it ALL and felt like our fairy godmother and a life long best friend all together. At the same time, she even managed to charm us, our guests and other vendors… I mean this when I say my husband and I talk all the time about how much we'd love to hang out with her. She truly made an impression.
When I wrote to her the next day and asked her to invoice me for the extra services, she refused. A final act of grace by a truly class act. I was a fool to think I could do it all on my own, and Tara made sure the magic continued all night long.
If I lived in the same city as Tara, I'd try to hire her for all of my business and personal events. I just hope I have the opportunity to work with her again someday. She's a master at what she does, a lovely class act and couldn't be more of a professional!

We worked with Rissa on our wedding in June 2011. We had a different experience than most working with Rissa because we had already selected a venue, caterer, wedding dress, photographer and had a clear idea of the style and decor we wanted for the wedding. We talked on the phone a few times (as we were doing a destination wedding) and talked about how we wanted the wedding to look and feel and then got down to work. She was very good at letting me feel like I was driving the car and she was navigating - which is exactly what I wanted. She handled all the interactions with the Vendors leading up to the wedding - confirming with them and getting me a vendor worksheet so I could keep all them contact information straight.
On the actual wedding day itself she was flawless. She picked up all my decorations from my room in the morning, and she got everything and everyone organized and in the right spots. There was a problem with our the show girls and what time they were to arrive, but Rissa took care of it before I even realized it was a problem! I also realized that I forgot to wear a garter about 5 minutes before the garter toss, and was about to send my MOH up to my room to get it, when Rissa pulled one out of her kit for me to use!
I think the last thing I would mention is that Rissa is easy to work with and has a great heart. It is easy to feel comfortable with her and she takes great care of her brides.

I had a pretty crazy wedding in Las Vegas at Mix Restaurant on the 64th floor of Mandalay Bay with about 110 friends and family in attendance. Wedding day involved so many vendors, but went so well, that friends often say to me things like "wow you must have been a wreck on wedding day getting everything pulled together," etc. I usually respond with "Know what I did on wedding day? Woke up late, called my groomsmen, went and played craps, watched some baseball, had lunch, then we all got ready and I got married."
Making the day go so worry free was Scheme. I contacted them a few months prior to the wedding for day-of coordination and hired them after just a few email exchanges as they seemed to know exactly what I needed done and with two of them on-site for the big day, it seemed like a much better option for me than the typical one-person shops since there were issues to attend to for both me and my wife, we were staying in different towers at Mandalay and of course getting us into the venue without seeing each other was important since we weren't doing a first look.
Weeks prior to wedding day they had already gotten in touch with all of our vendors and introduced themselves to ensure there would be no communications issues or me needing to deal with vendors to make sure they'd work with Scheme in place of me for planning and details. They knew who needed to be where, when, what their responsibilities were, the order of all the events that day, what wedding party people needed to do what and when, and just the whole day's flow.
We had Jacqueline and Traci working our wedding and they were right on time day-of. They had two way radios to ensure they were able to stay in contact with each other regardless of location on the property. They dealt with everything from the wedding attire arriving back from being pressed to helping me get my shoes shined since I had forgotten. They made sure the floral arrived, bouquets to the girls, boutonnieres for the guys, even helped us pin them on. They got us up to the venue without the boys and girls seeing each other and then from ceremony start through the end of the reception they had every body doing exactly what needed to be done and when. They also helped guests with anything they needed, made sure my wife got the cake she wanted in between making the rounds with the guests, took care of the wedding favors and everything else that came up that day.
Could not have done it without them.

If you are thinking about hiring a day of coordinator DO IT. Scheme contacted and confirmed with all my vendors, produced a day of wedding timeline, and took care of any issues that came up the day of the wedding (and believe me somthing will go wrong). Jacqueline and Rissa even managed to keep my bridal party organized which was a feat since we each had 6 attendants and by the last stop on the photo tour nobody was feeling any pain. They were even nice enough to transport our photographer when there wasn't enough room on the double decker bus. Hiring Scheme was one of the best decisions of my wedding day. My only regret is not finding them sooner to help with some of the little details.

Jacqueline recentenely coordinated my September 4th, wedding. From the moment she took the job she went right to work. She remembered everything that I would never would have. We had boats arrive at the ceremony carrying both ther groom and bridal parties. Jacqueline and her walkie talkie made everything happen EXACTLY on time and the way we pictured it. It could not have worked out had we not had a professional. I am very hands on (some may say controlling) and I completely let her take over. I did not regret it. She handled everything with the venues and made sure everything was in order and on time. She was very nice, but she was very professional and told everyone exactly the way things would be done and what time they would arrive, leaving them no room for error, a trait in which I envy! She took all responsibility and would not let me worry about anything. I kept saying "I will do that the day of" and she would nicely say "no, you won't, I will take care of it". If I had second thoughts about a previous decision she would reassure me that everything would look amazing and that I had made the right decision. I had nothing to worry about the day of except for myself, it was great! I even trusted her to arrange the table settings and tent decorations and I could not have done it better myself. I cried when I saw the end result, it was soo perfect and beautiful. She truly made my dream wedding a reality. I would refer her time and time again!

I went with a planner from Scheme for my wedding and it was wonderful! I wanted a kid-friendly but classy event (a tough combination), and she worked her magic. I'm still getting compliments on my wedding!

I did not get married; however, I did use Scheme Events as party planners for my 40th birthday celebration. I reside in another state and decided that I wanted to have my milestone birthday party in Las Vegas. Jacqueline and Scheme provided superb service to ensure that all of my wishes and dreams were met for an epic event. A hospitality suite at the Palazzo was transformed into my own personal nightclub and my 25 guests and I had a night to remember. I was thoroughly pleased with all of the suggested vendors and would recommend Scheme to plan any event for me!! These ladies do an excellent job and provided fabulous planning ideas!
