I was absolutely thrilled with my wedding at Victoria's Embassy Terrace. The planning process was so easy, just as they promised. I was taken step by step through the whole process, and breezed through all of our wedding selections. There really is something to be said to have the solutions of a wedding under one roof. They allowed us to do a food tasting prior to the event to help us decide on the menu. The day of the event, the staff had everything setup exactly as I had requested and the maitre'd and staff were clean cut and very efficient and friendly. The ceremony was beautiful, the reception room was beautifully set up and every guest was well taken care of the entire evening. As a techie, I was pretty impressed by the multi-camera setup in the chapel. No videography staff got in the way of our ceremony because they were in another room remote controlling the cameras. Very cool stuff! The food was fantastic! It was even better than it was when we had done our tasting. I received nothing but compliments on everything from the hors d'ourves to the cake. The cake was gorgeous. and tasted fresh and delicious. The video of the ceremony was fabulous. The photographers were a pleasure to work with and never missed a shot. The DJ made the evening fun, hip, and current with his music selections. One awesome upgrade I did, was the photo booth. The candid shots and the custom scrapbook they did for us will give us years of sweet and funny memories. Highly recommend getting this for a party. They offered us a no-interest payment plan to help ease our burdens. We just had to have it paid for 30 days before the date. That made it easy to budget and invite those few extra people that originally made the cut list. Thanks again! I'm proud to say I'm now a part of Victoria's Family!

My hubby and I were very happy with the way our wedding turned out. The venue looked lovely the day of the wedding as did the patio for the ceremony (with the exception of the wind which was beyond their control) but they did offer us an alternate indoor location (we kept it outside). Our guest are still raving about the food. It was delicious. My only regret was not eating more. They are wedding planning experts and plan and take care of every detail. Living in California it was dificult to be hands on with everything but Martha helped so much. They cater to every type of wedding and try to accomadate every request. I am so glad we chose to have it their. It was a set price and included everything.

I had my wedding at Victoria's, I was nervous about how things would turn out as I organised everything over the internet and hadn't seen the venue. But I was soon put at ease once I met the staff, everything from start to finish was done with such efficiency, professionalism and the staff were so friendly. Before the wedding, the staff were so helpful with helping me plan the wedding, I thought it was very good value for money. I had nothing to do only turn up on the day. All of my guests really enjoyed the day and some even said it was the best wedding they had ever been to!! I want to thank Doug, the camara man, he was a great character and very helpful, Kevin & April who looked after everthing on the day which made things run smoothly, Frank Vigil the photographer who was so patient and a pleasure to work with, he was full of ideas on the day and the photos turned out fantastic! The venue for the reception was lovely and the cermony was beautiful. I cannot praise Victoria's enough, I would recommend this to a friend Thank you! Sinead & Alan (the crazy Irish)

I found Victoria's venue to be absolutely everything I could have hoped for. The packages are all inclusive and reasonably priced and with no hidden fees like some other places. The planning of our wedding was stress free because we were able to customize our wedding according to our budget. I cannot express enough how happy everyone was and the special care that the staff took to make sure that our wedding and reception would be special from the ceremony right down to the last dance. We highly recommend this wedding venue.

I must say my husband and I were more than satified with the service that Victorias family provided us. They were very patient open minded to our needs and desires. The ceremony was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have been any happier. OUr wedding coordinator always contacted us on a timely matter and would always return our calls. Being that we are in Arizona we always had to discuss things over the phone which can be a pain sometimes. She was very porfessional in every way and made sure we had all the information we needed to help make it a beautiful day. The place was not expensive at all. We did not want a reception but just a simple ceremony and they did not hassle us about making things more than what we wanetd. Though they do give plenty of options that fits anyones desires. They were very flexible with with our wants and needs. I would most definitely recommend this place to any bride and groom who want a beautiful wedding in Las Vegas.

Perfect wedding. Everything was handled flawlessly by the Victorias Family. Even the maitre'd kept my mother-in-law occupied :-)Flowers were beautiful, food was very good. Just got the photo's and video. They did an awesome job. The video montage was impressive and filled with great memories. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a carefree wedding and just wants to enjoy the day. They even drove us back to the hotel in the owners Lamborghini Gallardo. That was a memorable experience with some great pictures to match!

Sis Finn, Victoria's Chapel and Reception, did a fantastic job! She made it all possible for us to enjoy our day. Sis kept us on track for the ceremony.Victoria's Chapel and Reception offer several affordable wedding and renewal ceremony packages that fit anyone's monthly budget. We made a deposit and then monthly payments for our cake and punch ceremony. The package included bouquet, champagne toast, punch, chapel for a hour, cocktail room, boutonniers, 15 picture album and lots more, for $1500. We actually paid an additional $85 to upgrade our wedding cake to a 3 tier.(it was delicious) There are other options one can purchase, such as limos, photo and video packages. The Bridal Suite was very comfortable. I wished I had taken a few photos. Christine, Jessica and I had plenty of room to sit and get ready. When it was time to get dressed I noticed I had forgotten a dress tag. Christine found a drawer with scissors and other emergency items. Kevin, waiter, announced us to our party, after our photos. He made sure everyone got photos of us cutting the cake and announced the champagne toast.Charles, Marcus and I highly recommend Victoria's! Oh, and please request Sis!

I was absolutely thrilled with my wedding at Victoria's Embassy Terrace. During the planning process there were a few problems due to staff changes but in the end I could not have had a better wedding. They allowed us to do a food tasting prior to the event to help us decide on the menu. The day of the event, the staff had everything setup exactly as I had requested and the maitre'd and staff that actually worked the event were fantastic and top notch. The ceremony was beautiful, the reception room was beautifully set up and every guest was well taken care of the entire evening. The food was fantastic! It was even better than it was when we had done our tasting. I received nothing but compliments on everything from the hors d'ourves to the cake. The cake was gorgeous and exactly as I requested. The video of the ceremony was fabulous even though I only had the basic video. The photographers were a pleasure to work with and never missed a shot. Lastly, the DJ made the evening more fun than I had hoped. He was great at getting everyone involved and up and dancing.Overall, my experience was something I will never forget. I highly recommend Victoria's. My only suggestion is make sure you constantly review the details that you decide on for your event. I suggest this because 1 month prior to my event, I found that some of the things I had decided on with my planner were never documented. However, I believe this was a result of my original planner no longer working for the company. Also, be prepared for a lot of phone calls reminding you about upcoming payments. I received 6 calls over a 3 hours period one day and the message left only stated to please call as soon as possible. Needless to say, I immediately thought something was wrong and was not happy to find out it was just to remind me I had a payment due in 2 weeks. However, in the end, it was all worth it as I had a spectacular event and I do not believe I could have done it without Victoria's!

The only major problem I had with this place was the photographer. I thought he was a professional photographer, telling us that I can't have anyone in my family taking pictures. Which my Aunt is a HUGE picture taker and I thought oh maybe he is that good...well NO. I got my pictures back, he rushed through it all because they were running way behind we had started my ceremony 45 min late. There isn't even a picture with my husband's family and mine together, or my husband with my bridesmaids. He should have known to take these pictures. When I called after the wedding to talk to him about some pictures, and see if I can get a free CD with all the pictures on it (normally $300) I found out my photographer was FIRED!! I knew he wasn't a professional!! I was so upset about my pictures and how they told us no one could take pictures, that after all the good stuff they did washed away from my head. But because I am rating them, I must acknowledge that they did help me in every way, and that I had soooo many questions, and they answered everything. That day, I pretty much knew exactly what was going on. The food was excellent, I didn't even get to try my cake. I still have my top in the freezer so I can try it then. The DJ did great, I had wrote to him before and told him what I did not want played. The servers were very professional, and the bartender did a great job for what she had to deal with. We had an open bar, so she was BUSY!! Oh the videographer flirted with every lady there that wasn't wearing a ring. The video wasn't spectacular by all means. Very bland. Martha and Brittney helped me book everything, they did great. The reception hall looked great!! I had some of my guests tell me that they coudn't even see me and my groom at the atler because the videographer was smack in the middle of the aisle and was blocking the whole thing. You would think they'd get that figured out. They did tell me up to 12 people can fit at a table...and I had assigned seating and there was a couple tables that had 12 but they really couldn't fit 12 so they bumped some people to another table. It ended up working out fine, and I didn't even find out until days after so no one made a huge stink about it. I just think they should tell us. They did accomodate a wedding party table of 14 though! That was good! Overall this place is good if you are looking for a one stop shop. I am not good at details and this helped with having limited stuff available. I am just bummed about my pictures, even though I got 400! Ok one thing great about my pictures, I must mention, is that he pretty much took a picture of every person my husband and I danced with during our $$ dance. So we have good pictures of us with most of our guests...so that makes me happier. I just wished he would have let my aunt walk around with him and take pictures of my husband and I because they would have been WAY better from her. I wasn't planning buying extra from them anyway, they already included a bunch of pics in the package so it wouldn't have made a difference, plus he got fired like the next day!! That frustrates me.

We had our Wedding at Victoria's Chapel on May 8, 2010. We were a bit skeptical at first because we had read some bad reviews but after a trip to Vegas to check it out we quickly booked it and we are very glad that we did. We had Michael, Martha, & Lynette helping us through the whole process and they were wonderful. Kevin was our Maitre' d and he also did a great job of making our Reception run very smoothly and he had a great personality. We were very impressed with everything. The Ceremony was lovely, the food was delicious, cake was beautiful & yummy, and the Victoria's reception room & centerpieces were beautiful. Our only complaints were about the DJ. We had to switch DJ's pretty quickly into our reception because our DJ had some personal issues he had to go home and deal with and the DJ we were left with.... well, he started blasting music straight after dinner and that sent alot of people outside for awhile until we had cut the cake, after that he would start a song and quickly change to another, (maybe he couldn't make up his mind) and he played the electric slide twice. Another thing is, it was 20 minutes until our Reception was going to be over and I realized that he hadn't done the Money Dance (which we had requested ahead of time) so that was a bit disappointing.Overall our experience with Victoria's was a wonderful one, few kinks here and there, but it was well worth the price. We had an amazing time and we HIGHLY recommend having your Wedding with Victoria's! -Scott & Dawn Coleman

If you go here choose SIS...I can't say enough about how awesome she was as a wedding coordinator. If you're looking for a awesome, flexible, and cost effective way to throw a wedding, go with Victoria's. Everything for the most part was spot on! We had a couple of hiccups with the D.J and the songs, but other then that, everything went off withouth a hitch. The best part of this place(aside from Sis) was that they let you customize the wedding. Other super fancy hotels make you go with their package and nothing else. Every exception they make they charge you for. For instance, if you want to use your own photographer they charge you more, if you want to go with your own florists they charge you more, every chance they get an opportunity they will nickel and dime you. Victoria was Awesome!!!

Me and Al were happy overall with Victoria's. They accommodated our steel band musician and Brian (our DJ) was funny and played great music. Our Maitre' D was really sweet even though I forgot her name. Everyone complimented the food that was served. During the planning, I worked with Martha, she was nice and offered helpful ideas. We hired another photographer but we did use their videographer which was included in the package. We even got the DVD during our honeymoon in Vegas. We were disappointed that we did not have the unity candle ceremony or the aisle runner per our contract, but they said it was too windy for both.

I would try to have a good comment about this company. But everything has bee a negative expereince after another. I have been waiting 5 months for a wedding video. They told me 6 weeks. I have been on the phone with them every week. I have been told it in the mail, or they forgot, or this person is sick. Every excuse! I am sick of this, they have ruined my wedding experince and un added stree. They have not even picked up the phone once to apologize or to recognize the problem. I live out of the country what else can I do. I payed for a service that I never got. I wish more people would blog about hese places when you are spending thousands of dollars. This company has no problem taking your money and leaving you hanging. Nice!

Please from bride to bride don't make the mistake at booking your wedding with Victoria's Family Wedding Reception. Make sure you do your research before booking anything in Vegas. It was truly a scam. Victorias Family cost me $12,000 for the full wedding reception package. We had to put at least $5000.00 down for the 110 people reception room. We booked our package in the spring & had our wedding on 8/15/2009. I contacted victorias in June informing them we need to change the reception to the 50 people hall due to the economy know one was able to make it, however, they informed me it was too late & that I had to keep the package I first ordered. What a crock that was, I would've saved $5000.00 if they would've just changed it but no they were greedy suckers! Anyways the reception was not bad, the food & services were good, until the videographer dropped the camera & missed 50 minutes of my reception!!! I waited 4 months to get my wedding video back & what I received was absolutely not what I paid for!! The wedding video was missing our montage photos, songs for our montage, slow dance, dj mix dances, lighting was horrible, video was sooo blurry, camera was very dirty (it had dirty spots throughout the video) on top of that they fast forwarded through everything during my reception, none of the songs lasted more than 2 minutes.. The entire video was only an hour long. Including the church & reception together was 5 hours long. I wasn't asking for a 5 hour long video but I was expecting longer than 1 hour & professional work that I paid for!! When I contacted Doug @ Victorias he asked me to return everything & he will fix it.. I waited 3 weeks more & when I received the 2nd try of making it to the best perfection as possible it was the same as the 1st one.. They didn't change a thing accept add our baby pics.. OMG what is wrong with this place. I demanded my money back that I paid for the videographer. I spoke with Doug & he absolutely shocked me with his un-professionalism over the phone. This is the type of people they have working for their company... He yelled at me telling me that I was over exaturating & that their was nothing wrong with the video & that I was turning my entire memory of a video into frustration. Maybe a wedding video isn't precious to them or their staff but to me it means a lot to my family & I. We couldn't even show our wedding video to anyone due to the embarrassment on how unprofessional the video was made. I am the paid customer & I don't deserve to be talked to like that. I was very dissappointed on how they reacted. I expected them to be fair & take my feelings as a bride seriously. I wrote a letter to the owner & still have not gotten a response back from anyone there. To all the brides be careful.. Even though this company is a family owned business & has been around for a while, they will scam you & they are truly unprofessional on how they handle business. They are unfair & unqualified to handle a beautiful wedding.

This place caught our eye when were looking for a wedding venue in Las Vegas. We didn't want the typical Vegas wedding. We wanted something classy, but couldn't afford a nice Country Club or Hotel. This place seemed to offer everything and more. For $3,500 they included Garden Ceremony(which I asked for, and did not get!), Catered reception in a beautiful reception hall with a marble staircase(this was the only thing I enjoyed), Wedding cake of your choice(but you have to choose from thier catalog), Photography(which sucked!)example, he took our wedding party and couple pictures with a parking lot in the backround, intead of any of the beautiful trees or fountains in the area. And lastly, it also included a very nice Cadillac Escalade Limo for transportation to and from the venue. Given the price, I guess we got what we paid for, but this was insane.
