Zales - Las Vegas

I got the wedding bands in las vegas at the outlet just south of the airport. The men's ring was already sized and they were gonna make me pay for extra white gold to size it again, not ok! Then less than 24hrs after the wedding a stone fell out of my band! poor quality....this also happened to my engagement ring which i got in lynnwod washington. They also made me pay for the soddering myself...at this point I thin that should be a gift from the company! Sorry zales, Im taking my future business somewhere else. I do love the setting though!

We got my engagement ring, and both of our wedding bands from Zales. I love both of my rings and they have always been so helpful everytime we've gone in and they always clean my ring for me. When I went to purchase my husband's wedding band I had both my Mother and Mother-In-Law with me. While both of them were trying to get me to buy my husband a band with diamonds or some other stones the sales lady stuck to what I told her he wanted and didn't try to sell me something more expensive. They didn't have a real large selection but they had what he wanted and at a really reasonable price and he loves it. I just really appreciated the fact that she listened to what I wanted instead of just making a big sale.

Zales has great customer service and a good selection of diamonds.My husband and I went to the one in Las Vegas and where very impressed with the quality of their cuts.The staff was very easy to work with and they helped me order a ring that they would custom make for me.There prices made it easy for my husband to purchase a classy wedding ring without spending to much money.

Great ring. They even approved us for a credit card so we could have the interest free finance for three months.

The salesperson who sold us the rings was fantastic. Very helpful. We got a great deal and were very happy with the price. We left the rings at the store to be sent out for engraving and sizing. They were promised to us by a certain date. A week after that date, we still had not heard so we called the store. We were told the rings were ready for pickup. When we arrived, one ring was lost and the other was there but had not been engraved. We ended up just taking the rings (once found) without any engraving because they could not finish them in time for the wedding.

Thanks to Zales my husband and I where able to find matching bands for our wedding.They had a tremendous selection of wedding rings at their store and even showed us what they could create for us.I was blown away by their rock bottom prices.I was able to afford a very nice necklace for my niece.Our rings where very appropriate and had a great design that complimented the diamond beautifully.

We decided to go with simple, traditional, platinum bands. The price was good, the staff - professional, no complaints.

Zales wasn't bad, but we bought on a whim while in Vegas. I wish we would have taken the time to shop around more.

The sevice was outstanding, since we were robbed the day of our wedding, my husband didn't tell me he had rings to get married, which were also stolen. Last minute, we had our ears pierced with matching earrings(I lost my ring finger in accident) The manager knew the LITTLE WHITE CHAPEL OWNER and after speaking to her on the phone he gave us a 50% off on the earrings. We can't explain how it felt from being a robbery victim to the happiest bride in the worldt
